WWE’s power couple, Miz and Maryse, have been on a roll since Maryse joined real husband on Raw after last year’s Wrestlemania. Miz reaped the benefits of having her on the road with him. One of those benefits being having captured the Intercontinental championship and he hasn’t slowed down since

Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel, however, have still been struggling with getting things going for themselves. They have gone through several gimmicks which have not worked out and for some reason fans just cannot seem to get behind them being that they are second generation with wrestling in their blood.

Recent plans have seen Axel and Dallas being paired up with The Miz to form Miz’ entourage. These plans have been developed due to an angle over on the blue brand which had Mike and Maria Kanellis make their debut on Smackdown and with this latest development WWE wants there to only be one ‘It’ couple and therefore decided to move Miz and Maryse over to Raw and pair Dallas and Axel with Miz and Maryse

This could also be a reason as to why Maryse seems to be at odds with her husband as of late with the possibility of WWE taking her off television entirely

it’s a fresh change to switch things up however it is possible to have a couple on both shows. This could be one reason why WWE will not pair Rusev and Lana being they are both part of the Smackdown roster

In an ever-evolving landscape, puzzle pieces must sometimes be moved around in order to fit the picture being created. Vince McMahon and company, however, apparently don’t want a couple on each show. This could explain a lot while opening the door for more questions

Highly passionate MMA Journalist, and I've followed the sport ever since my favorite fighter, Vitor Belfort won the heavyweight tournament at UFC 12. After that I've tried to go to every local MMA event around the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas and decided to make it a point to have a career in some aspect in the fighting sport other than fighting in general (didn't want to ruin my face). I'm currently enrolled at Southeastern Louisiana University working towards a degree in Communication. I cover MMA, Boxing and Football for The Daily Star newspaper in my hometown of Hammond, Louisiana, in addition to working as a promotional writer for a local Boxing promotion known as BoxnCar and I cover boxing for 8countnews.com however SciFighting.com is my home. My main goal is to bring more publicity to MMA in my area and to the sport as a whole as all of us involved with the sport are merely scratching the surface and laying the foundation of what mixed martial arts competition will be further down the road.
