The Undertaker Could Retire with a Bang This Year
One of the most iconic of all wrestling superstars, the Undertaker is rumored to retire at the end of the
season. His fans are obviously hoping that these rumors won’t be confirmed, but there are strong
arguments in favor of this theory. What better way for him to leave the big stage than by playing and
hopefully winning a high profile match. He hasn’t played in the Raw or Smackdown the last four years,
so it’s only fair to expect him to return for one last time.
Many expect him to be matched against John Cena, perhaps one of the most desired confrontations in
WWE. The Undertaker isn’t the only athlete on the verge of retirement and others have even returned
from lengthy breaks. Bill Goldberg is one of them and his performance in 2016 suggests that he still
packs quite a punch. There are plenty of candidates for a match against him and NXT fans are likely to
see him back in the spotlight.
