TNA President Sues and Files Restraining Order Against TNA and Dixie Carter

According to Pwinsider.com, TNA President Billy Corgan has filed a lawsuit against TNA Impact Wrestling, it’s parent company Impact Ventures LLC, the TNA Chairman Dixie Carter, TNA Chief Financial Officer Dean Broadhead and Carter’s husband Serg Salias. The case was reported to be filed on October 12th in the Chancery Court of Nashville, TN. Requests for comment from Corgan’s attorney and TNA’s Public Relations were not being returned, and there are no official details regarding the lawsuit as of this post.

Billy Corgan filed a lawsuit against Impact Wrestling, their parent company Impact Ventures LLC, TNA Chief Financial Officer Dean Broadhead, TNA Chairperson Dixie Carter, and even Dixie Carter’s husband Serg Salias. The suit was filed in Chancery Court in Nashville Tennessee this past Wednesday.

A temporary restraining order has been approved, with Corgan filing a bond earlier on today to support it. Expect a hearing to happen next Friday October 20th at 11:30AM for a temporary injunction. He has requested a six-person jury to decide the outcome of the case.

As of now, the filings to this lawsuit have been sealed down tight.
