WWE NXT comes to Milwaukee, Green Bay, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Detroit this January

The next generation of WWE is getting ready to invade the Midwest! WWE COO Triple H announced that in January 2016, WWE NXT will make its debut in Milwaukee, Green Bay, Chicago and Detroit and return to Pittsburgh.

The Superstars of Tomorrow are putting a cap on a groundbreaking 2015 with their first-ever overseas tour in the United Kingdom, culminating in the historic TakeOver: London broadcast. They will look to start off 2016 on the right foot by bringing their high-octane brand of action to several new locations. The Midwest will get a chance to see Superstars like NXT Champion Finn Bálor, NXT Women’s Champion Bayley, Samoa Joe, Apollo Crews and more!

It all begins on Thursday, Jan. 14, when NXT takes over Milwaukee’s Turner Hall Ballroom. The tour continues on Friday, Jan. 15, in Green Bay at Shopko Hall, before heading to Chicago’s Portage Theater on Saturday, Jan. 16.

NXT makes its return to Pittsburgh’s Stage AE on Friday, Jan. 29, before making its Detroit debut on Saturday, Jan. 30, at the Royal Oak Music Theater.

Tickets for all events will be available starting this Friday, Dec. 18, at 10 a.m. ET. For more information on tickets, please visit the following websites:

Whether televised or not fans can often see their favorite NXT talent in high profile-ppv-esque type of matches. When SciFighting was able to attend such an event we were treated to Tyler Breeze (currently enjoying a slot on the main WWE roster) vs Finn Balor for the NXT Championship in an absolutely incredible bout.

Highly passionate MMA Journalist, and I've followed the sport ever since my favorite fighter, Vitor Belfort won the heavyweight tournament at UFC 12. After that I've tried to go to every local MMA event around the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas and decided to make it a point to have a career in some aspect in the fighting sport other than fighting in general (didn't want to ruin my face). I'm currently enrolled at Southeastern Louisiana University working towards a degree in Communication. I cover MMA, Boxing and Football for The Daily Star newspaper in my hometown of Hammond, Louisiana, in addition to working as a promotional writer for a local Boxing promotion known as BoxnCar and I cover boxing for 8countnews.com however SciFighting.com is my home. My main goal is to bring more publicity to MMA in my area and to the sport as a whole as all of us involved with the sport are merely scratching the surface and laying the foundation of what mixed martial arts competition will be further down the road.
