Update on WWE’s Lana, Linda McMahon and Scotty 2 Hotty

(Rusev (L), Lana (M) and John Cena (R))

The WWE has been high on the “Ravishing Russian” Lana and her apparent light feud with Rusev will lead to bigger and better things for the WWE Superstar.

As previously reported, WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon is reportedly high up on pushing WWE Diva Lana.

In an update, The Wrestling Observer is reporting that some of McMahon’s plans reportedly involve Lana becoming the “female face of the company” once her face turn is complete. Furthermore, it is being suggested that McMahon feels that a big part of Lana’s transition from heel to face should involve the revelation that she is really American and not Russian. It is also being suggested that WWE may continue using the “Lana” name or even transition her to using the name “CJ” (Lana’s real name is Catherine Jo Perry), with the idea being that “CJ” would “make people think of a hot blonde because of Pamela Anderson’s character in ‘Baywatch.’

Wife of WWE CEO Vince McMahon has been pursuing another business venture in her spare time since relieving herself of WWE CEO duties:

Former WWE CEO Linda McMahon is reportedly working on a new business venture according to David Collins of TheDay.com.

Collins was scheduled to interview Linda about her new project which is named “McMahon Ventures” but it was cancelled. The interview was set to be held in Linda’s new Stamford, CT offices which are separate from the WWE Headquarters.

Linda’s Public Relations department told Collins the following:

“She [Linda] is working on a project she isn’t quite ready to unveil and feels she would give a ‘meatier’ interview at a later date when she has more she can say.”

Also former memeber of “Too Cool” with Grandmaster Sexay and WWE Hall of Fame inductee, Rikishi, Scotty 2 Hotty is now finding new outlets for his life after the WWE.

Former WWE superstar Scotty 2 Hotty famed for his signature move “The Worm” is featured in anarticle on TMZ.com which reveals that while he is still wrestling on the independent scene he has a second career as a real estate agent near Disney World in Florida.

Scotty also trained as a fire fighter a few years back but says the job wasn’t for him.

Highly passionate MMA Journalist, and I've followed the sport ever since my favorite fighter, Vitor Belfort won the heavyweight tournament at UFC 12. After that I've tried to go to every local MMA event around the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas and decided to make it a point to have a career in some aspect in the fighting sport other than fighting in general (didn't want to ruin my face). I'm currently enrolled at Southeastern Louisiana University working towards a degree in Communication. I cover MMA, Boxing and Football for The Daily Star newspaper in my hometown of Hammond, Louisiana, in addition to working as a promotional writer for a local Boxing promotion known as BoxnCar and I cover boxing for 8countnews.com however SciFighting.com is my home. My main goal is to bring more publicity to MMA in my area and to the sport as a whole as all of us involved with the sport are merely scratching the surface and laying the foundation of what mixed martial arts competition will be further down the road.
