Mike Richman announced the news on Twitter that their matchup will have to be pushed back to Bellator 137:

Following the scratched bout, Bellator MMA officials announced that L.C. Davis (22-6) vs. Hideo Tokoro (32-27) will now serve as the evening’s co-main event. L.C Davis is a former WEC and Titan FC fighter currently 2-0 in Bellator. Hideo Tokoro is a veteran Japanese fighter making his Bellator debut against Davis.
The main event of the night features bantamweight champion Joe Warren (12-3) making his first title defense against Marcos Galvão (16-6-1).
The two bantamweights previously fought at Bellator 41, where Warren took a unanimous decision victory. Warren is currently undefeated since moving down to Bantamweight. Marcos Galvão is 3-1 in his last 4 fights with a lone loss to Eduardo Dantas.
