Our next fight is underway as explosive and devastating striker, Uriah Hall (8-4) takes on muay Thai striker, Thiago Santos (9-2)

Round 1:

We are underway as both guys touch gloves as a sign of respect. Both guys are light on their feet and looking like they want to murder. Santos is landing leg kicks and Hall isn’t throwing much. He finally lands a hard straight right after Santos lands a leg kick.  Santos gets Hall limping a little, but Hall  knocks Santos down, but Santos is back up.  Hall is landing a hard strikes, but Santos is landing great leg kicks this round.  Hall lands a left and he now looks comfortable which has Santos retreating.  Hall doesn’t open up, but he has all the confidence heading into the second.  Santos lands a leg kick to end the round.

[EWWWWW URIAH HALL HAS A BROKEN FOOT AND IT LOOKS NASTY, BUT HE DOESN’T LOOK LIKE HE CARES]

Round 2:

Hall has some urgency from the broke foot, and is looking like he wants the fight to end ASAP.  Santos looks less aggressive.  Hall feints a jab and Santos jumps back about 3 feet.  Again, Santos is landing leg kicks and getting the better of the exchanges. Hall catches Santos’ leg and takes him down, but lets him back up.  Head kick by Santos and Hall misses a counter.  Hall looks like he’s ready to open up, but he’s looked this way the whole fight and not delivering much of anything.  End of round 2.

[UFC production, PLEASE STOP SHOWING THE TOE! I JUST ATE!]

Round 3:

Final round! Uriah Hall looks extremely fresh (considering he hasn’t done much).  He’s picking up the pace and we’re seeing the most offense from Hall than we have the entire fight.  Hall has his hips loaded and is looking like he’s ready to throw something crazy.  Nice liver shot from Hall!  Great round for Hall! Oops… Santos lands a jumping front snap kick to Uriah Hall’s groin.  Ref has made it clear that if it happens again, he’ll deduct a point.  We’re back and Santos immediately goes for a takedown and has Hall against the cage and delivering knees to the thigh.  Hall drops down for a kimura! But Santos slips out as the round and fight comes to an end.

Very close fight.

Official decision: Uriah Hall (29-28 x2, 30-27)

Once again, judge shows no respect to the guy throwing devastating leg kicks.
