Josh Burkman (27-10) and Jon Fitch (25-6-1) will have to put off their rubber match for now as Burkman suffered an elbow injury during training on Wednesday.

Jon Fitch’s first opponent, Rousimar Palhares (16-6), withdrew from the WSOF 11 event to take care of his sick mother.  Then it was Jake Shields (29-7-1) to take on Fitch; however, an injury during training forced him to pullout.  Now Josh Burkman is off the card due to his injury.  Fitch is expected to remain on the card that is less than a month away, so fans will have to wait and see who WSOF picks as Fitch’s new opponent.

He comes off as the most average guy you’ll ever meet, but underneath his unassuming exterior you’ll find a fight hooligan with a deep passion for MMA. Daniel loves a good technical striking match, or a brawl filled with haymakers. His experience with Brazilian Jiujitsu has also given him a deep appreciation for the grappling chess match. When he's not watching fights, he's talking about fights, and if he's not talking, he's thinking about fights. Whether it’s making predictions, fantasy match-making, or ranting, he has fighting on his brain 24/7 365. As Daniel says, "To me, there’s not a better sport on the planet!
