Anthony Pettis recently underwent surgery for a torn psoterior cruciate ligament. Luckily, the operation went over smoothly, and the champ is on the road back to recovery.

Pettis posted the above photo on Instagram, captioning it: “Surgery went amazing!!! Thanks for all the prayers and positive vibes!!! #roadtorecovery”

Pettis previously stated that he would be out for around six to eight months.

“I want to be back by summertime, hope to get a July fight,” he said on UFC Tonight.
