The world’s leading mixed martial arts magazine, Fighters Only, has announced that its sixth World MMA Awards ceremony will be held on February 7th at the Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada. It’ll be the first time the Fighters Only Awards ceremony will be held at the hotel since it made its debut back in 2009.

In an official statement, CEO Rob Hewitt said:

“What better way to showcase the most exciting year of action in mixed martial arts history than by holding this year’s ceremony in one of the best hotel resorts in the world.”

“The Fighters Only Awards have grown to be recognized throughout the industry by fans and fighters alike as the Oscars of our sport. Competition for statues this year, just like the fights, has never been fiercer and we can’t wait to reveal this year’s winners in our most glamorous and star-studded ceremony yet. All we need now is the fans the vote on mass as they have done each year, and have their say on who deserves the applause.”

Fighters Only was the first MMA magazine in the world and now sells copies in thirty-two countries. It also produces many domestic versions in multiple countries across the globe, including: Canada, Germany, Mexico, South Africa, the UK, and the US.

You can cast your vote at worldmmmaawards.com, where you can choose from a selection of twenty different categories to vote on.
