The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) has released the official attendance numbers for UFC 167, revealing that the event was a massive success.
The UFC’s 20th anniversary show, headlined by a controversial title fight between Georges St-Pierre and Johny Hendricks, brought in a live gate of $5,759,350. This total makes the event the UFC’s second best gate of all time.
It places just under UFC 148, which was headlined by Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen, and recorded a live gate of $6,901,655.
UFC 167 was attended by 14,856 fans, leaving just 57 seats in the entire building empty.
If Georges St-Pierre does end up retiring, this is a pretty impressive note to go out on.
