Nate Diaz is at it again. Never shy of speaking his mind, Diaz recently took to Twitter to insult UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis after the champ withdrew from his first title defense against Josh Thomson due to an injured knee.

Pettis most recently defeated then champ Benson Henderson in the first round via armbar to obtain the lightweight belt. Diaz is currently riding a two-fight losing streak having most recently suffered a second round knockout loss to none other than Josh Thomson. Prior to that, he dropped a unanimous decision to Benson Henderson, a man that Pettis has already defeated twice.

Diaz is currently scheduled to face off against fellow lightweight Gray Maynard on November 30th at The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale. Diaz submitted Maynard the first time they fought when they were both contestants on The Ultimate Fighter. The second time they fought was in 2010, and Maynard surprised Diaz by edging him in split decision. This will mark their third bout against one another, and if Diaz loses it will be his third loss in a row.
