Having most recently knocked out Rafael Natal in a first round victory at UFC Fight For the Troops 3, Tim Kennedy wants to take UFC President Dana White up on his promise that he would be offered a big name fight. Recent tweets have indicated that the big name the former Green Beret has in mind is none other than Michael Bisping. The two UFC middleweights exchanged insults and challenges via Twitter:

Bisping was originally scheduled to face off against Mark Munoz at UFC Fight Night 30, but was forced to withdraw from the bout due to a very serious eye injury. Lyoto Machida replaced Bisping and knocked Munoz out in the first round. Bisping had originally stated he would like to fight the winner of the matchup, but a recent challenge from Tim Kennedy may have forced him to change his mind regarding to who his next opponent will be.

The UFC has yet to officially announce anything regarding a potential matchup between Tim Kennedy and Michael Bisping.
