Vaughan Lee has dropped out of his UFC 167 bout due to an injury. Lee was expected to face Segio Pettis, brother of UFC champ Anthony Pettis, later this month.
The UFC has not officially commented on the news, and there’s no word yet on if a replacement opponent is being sought. The promotion is running out of time though, as UFC 167 is set for November 16 in Las Vegas.
Pettis is currently 9-0 in his MMA career. He last fought in September, submitting James Porter with a kimura.
