UFC officials have announced that “Mighty Mouse” Demetrious Johnson will defend his flyweight title on Nov. 30 against Joseph Benavidez. The fight will act as the main event of the Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale.
Johnson has defended his title twice since defeating Benavidez in 2012 to claim the title. He is currently 18-2.
Benavidez has likewise picked up a few wins since his bout with Johnson, defeating Ian McCall, Darren Uyenoyama, and Jussier Formiga over the past year. He is now 19-3.
The event will also feature the two final matches from the current season of the Ultimate Fighter reality show. It will take place in Las Vegas.
