UFC on FOX 9 News Conference Open to Fans, Will Take Place This Week in Sacramento

The UFC will be heading back to Sacramento in December with a card headlined by a lightweight title fight between Anthony Pettis and Josh Thomson. Ahead of this event, the organization has scheduled a public news conference to take place on October 3.

The conference will take place at the Sleep Train Arena, and will be free and open to the public. UFC president Dana White, Anthony Pettis, Josh Thomson, Urijah Faber, Michael McDonald, Nik Lentz, Chad Mendes, Carlos Condit, and Matt Brown are all expected to attend.

UFC on Fox 9 will take place on December 14, and will air live on FOX, with prelims on FOX Sports 1 and Facebook.

The current card is as follows:

• Matt Brown vs. Carlos Condit
