Kickboxing icon Jerome Le Banner has pulled out of his scheduled September bout with Sergei Kharitonov, citing a neck injury. On such short notice, Kharitonov will not be getting a replacement opponent. Instead, Robin Van Roosmalen vs. Shemsi Beqiri has been promoted to the main event.

The 40 year old Le Banner has accrued a 76-21-2 kick boxing record over his 23 year career, in addition to an undefeated 6-0 record in boxing, and a 3-2-1 record in MMA.

There’s no official word yet on how severe the injury is, or when Le Banner might make a return.

GLORY 10 will take place on September 28 in Los Angeles, California.
