UFC 165 Medical Suspensions Revealed: Jones, Gustafsson, Wineland Out for Two Months

The UFC 165 medical suspensions have been officially released via the Office of the Athletics Commissioner of Ontario. Both title fight participants will be out for 60 days, and each of them will be required to undergo a CT scan or MRI before returning.

Additionally, Jones will need an x-ray for unspecified reasons, although a foot injury would be the most likely cause.

Eddie Wineland, who was knocked out by Renan Barao in their interim title fight, will also be suspended for 60 days.

• Jon Jones – 60 days – needs CT scan or MRI, x-ray
• Alexander Gustafsson – 60 days – needs CT scan or MRI
• Eddie Wineland – 60 days – needs CT scan or MRI
• Matt Mitrione – 30 days – needs CT scan or MRI
• Mike Ricci – 30 days – needs x-ray
• Chris Clements – 60 days – needs CT scan or MRI
• Renee Forte – 60 days – needs CT scan or MRI
• Nandor Guelmino – 60 days – needs CT scan or MRI
