UFC officials have confirmed a Fight Night 33 match up between Anthony Perosh and Ryan Bader.
Bader was the winner of the eighth season of The Ultimate Fighter, and is currently ranked just outside of the light heavyweight top 10. He has gone 2-2 since 2012, dropping high profile bouts to Glover Teixeira and Lyoto Machida, while picking up wins against Vladimir Matyushenko and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson. Bader is currently 15-4 in his MMA career.
Perosh meanwhile has gone 4-1 since dropping down to light heavyweight. He’ll be looking to establish his spot in the division with a convincing win over Bader. He is currently 14-7 overall.
UFC Fight Night 33 will take place on December 7 (December 6 in the US) at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Australia. It will be headlined by a bout between Mark Hunt and Antonio Silva, and will air live on FOX Sports 1.
