Tito Ortiz is a happy man this afternoon, announcing that the courts have ruled in his favor when it comes to the custody battle between him and ex-wife Jenna Jameson. It has been several months since allegations of domestic violence emerged, but it seems that the judge did not find any evidence to back up these claims. Ortiz took to twitter to relay the following news:
Just got the best news ever today!I get full custody of my boys & the judge said there was no (cont) http://t.co/HyW5mXo8FY

In a separate post, he gave an extended message to his fans:
Just got the best news ever today!I get full custody of my boys & the judge said there was no proof or witnesses of any DV.The truth set me free! I want to thank my family, friends and fans that believed in me. Thanks for the support.
The news must give Ortiz some relief, as he is busy working to prepare himself for his return to the cage, taking on Quentin “Rampage” Jackson in the main event of Bellator’s pay-per-view debut on November 2, 2013.
