It seemed like UFC president Dana White and Tito Ortiz had parted ways on fairly amicable terms, especially considering Ortiz’s placement in the UFC hall of fame. A recent war of words between the two though has proven without a doubt that things have taken a turn for the worst.

In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Ortiz made some surprisingly inflammatory remarks. When asked what it was like working with Dana White, he compared fighting in the UFC to slavery.

“Umm, I know I thought slavery was over a long time ago,” Ortiz said. “It’s just one of those things that you can’t trust a word that a man says, and when you can’t do that, how can you work for him?”

“When you apologize for the things that did happen and he still goes behind your back and says things about you, for no reason at all,” Ortiz continued. “Dana’s thing now is bullying and he is one of the biggest bullies in the business. He’s a big bully. One of these days, karma, it always comes back around.”

The always outspoken Dana White had a chance to fire back at a recent UFC media scrum.

“Now I’m a fucking slave master, or whatever Tito called me,” White stated. “That fucking buffoon. How about this fucking moron coming out and saying he was a slave. Do you even know…I shouldn’t even ask that question if he knows what being a slave means, because he’s one of the dumbest mother fuckers you will ever meet. Seriously. He’s a slave to stupidity is what he is.”

We’re guessing at this point, a handshake and apology is out of the question, especially with Ortiz headlining rival promotion Bellator’s first PPV card. Bellator 106: Rampage vs Tito will take place in Long Beach on November 2, 2013.

They can both go to hell as far as I’m concerned.
