The UFC has grown by huge leaps and bounds over the past couple of decades, now broadcasting events to millions of fans in over 150 countries. To better manage that growth, the UFC is moving its 300 or so Las Vegas employees into a new 24-acre property they’ve just purchased.

The $7.8 acquisition will house the organization’s entire Las Vegas team when it’s finished, although no date on when they would break ground has been revealed.

“What attracted us to the area is the great access to the airport and the venues where we host our Las Vegas based events, as well as the growing number of entrepreneurial businesses developing in the area,” UFC CFO John Mulkey said in a statement to FOX 5.
