The UFC will be returning to Milwaukee next week for UFC 164, and they’re making a week of it.
On Thursday, August 29, the UFC will be hosting a pre-fight news conference that’ll be open to the fans. The conference will take place at the Bradley Center at 1PM CT local time. It will feature fighters including Benson Henderson, Frank Mir, Anthony Pettis, Chad Mendes, Clay Guida, and UFC president Dana White.
In addition, the promotion has partnered with Harley-Davidson to host a 110th anniversary event for the motorcycle manufacturer later that night. The event will take place at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez, Daniel Cormier, Urijah Faber, hall of famer Matt Hughes, and Dana White will all be in attendance.
On Friday, August 30, the UFC 164 weigh-ins will take place, preceded by a Q&A session open to Fight Club members. The weigh-ins will go down at the Bradley Center at 4PM. The Fight Club Q&A will feature appearances by Cormier and Faber, and will happen at 2PM in the same venue.
Lastly, on Saturday, August 31, the UFC will host a pre-show tailgate party and Harley-Davidson parade at Milwaukee’s Summerfest grounds. Cain Velasquez will be participating in the parade, alongside Velasquez, Faber, Cormier, and Hughes who will be signing autographs at the tailgate.
UFC 164 will take place later than night at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee. It will be headlined by Benson Henderson, defending his lightweight title against Milwaukee native Anthony Pettis. The night will also feature high profile match ups between Josh Barnett and Frank Mir, and Chad Mendes and Clay Guida.
