An elbow industry has forced Marcelo Guimaraes to drop out of his scheduled UFC Fight Night 28 match up with Keith Wisniewski next month. Replacing him will be Jungle Fight lightweight champion Ivan Jorge, who will be moving up a weight class and also making his UFC debut.

The news comes from Globo’s SporTV, who report that Wisniewski vs Jorge will take place in the prelims.

Ivan “Batman” Jorge is a submission specialist with a 24-3 record. He has won 10 of his last 11 fights, all via submission. Most recently, he defended his Jungle Fight title against Lucio Abreu, tapping him out with a rear naked choke.

Keith Wisniewski has had a rocky career to say the least. He was cut from the UFC in 2005, and proceeded to lose his next four fights. He then embarked on a six fight winning streak, leading to a new contract with the UFC. Since then, he’s dropped both of his fights, losing to Josh Neer and Chris Clements. He currently holds a 28-14 record.

Jorge will be looking to make a big impression with his debut, while Wisniewski will be in definite danger of being cut again if he loses a third fight. The match up is set to take place on September 4 at the Mineirinho Arena in Belo Horizonte as part of UFC Fight Night 28.

The main card will take place on FOX Sports 1, with the prelims available on Facebook.

The current confirmed card is as follows:

•Ryan Bader vs. Glover Teixeira

•Yushin Okami vs. Ronaldo Souza

•Joseph Benavidez vs. Jussier Formiga

•Piotr Hallmann vs. Francisco Trinaldo

•Rafael Natal vs. Tor Troeng

•Ali Bagautinov vs. Marcos Vinicius

•Johnny Bedford vs. Hugo Viana

•Felipe Arantes vs. Kevin Souza

•Elias Silverio vs. Joao Zeferino

•Ramiro Hernandez vs. Lucas Martins

•Ivan George vs. Keith Wisniewski

•Sean Spencer vs. Yuri Villefort
