Tito Ortiz might be in money trouble once again. He’s announced that he’s selling his training facility in Big Bear for $1,795,000. The veritable compound is 7,162 sq. ft spread over five bedrooms, six baths, and two buildings.
It contains a full sized octagon, a gymnasium, an indoor hot tub, and a steam room. Ortiz purchased the property in 2007 from none other than boxing legend Oscar de la Hoya.
If you’ve ever wanted to train like the Huntington Beach Bad Boy, and just happen to have $1.79 million laying around, I’m sure Mr. Ortiz’s real estate agent would love to hear from you. If not, you can at least check out a few photos of the property below. It’s a pretty gorgeous facility, and one I’m sure Ortiz is not too happy to let go.
Tito Ortiz will face off against Rampage Jackson at the next Bellator event in November. He stated his decision to leave the UFC was because he had, “to think of the future of [his] children,” and that Bellator made him an offer he “couldn’t refuse.”
