UFC on Fox Sports 1 #3 is getting better and better. Already on the card will be Glover Teixeira taking on Ryan Bader in a pivotal light heavyweight bout and top middleweights Jacare Souza and Yushin Okami look to tangle to see who moves up in the middleweight division. Now we have two young hungry bantamweight fighters who can easily move onto a top five opponent if victorious.

T.J. Dillashaw is best known for his stint on season 14 of The Ultimate Fighter and for being a part of Team Alpha Male. He’s currently on four fight winning streak with his only loss coming from former flyweight contender John Dodson. A win here would solidify him as a top contender in the ever competitive bantamweight division.

Raphael Assuncao is on a four fight winning streak as well. He’s currently ranked as a top ten fighter and a title shot could be on the horizon if victorious. He recently defeated Vaughn Lee at UFC on Fuel TV 10.

Both fighters need a victory to prove to the fans and Zuffa that they are ready to compete with the best in the division. Dominick Cruz and Renan Barao are both the champions of the division. Once the division gets sorted out and there’s only one champion, look for the winner to work his way up to a title shot.

Who wins this bout between bantamweight future contenders? UFC on Fox Sports 1 #3 is shaping up to be one amazing card. Don’t miss out on this fight.
