Ronda Rousey: TUF Emotional, Not Sexual

The Ultimate Fighter season 18 is the first time that they are having both male and females competing on the show. Some people are concerned that the show will look more like “The Real World” or “Jersey Shore”, it looks like that’s not going to be the case. Ronda Rousey discussed during a Metro PCS chat how the filming is going and let’s say its more emotional then sexual:

“Surprisingly, it is much more professional than you would have thought. I wouldn’t say it’s an overly sexual season, but I think it’s a much more emotional one,” she said. “So far, it’s tiring, and it’s every day. It’s been a very exciting season, but it has also been very taxing on everybody. So I think we’re all going to be very happy to get home, but I’m sure all the fans will be very happy with the result.”

This upcoming season is a huge one for the UFC and for women’s mixed martial arts. Women are slowly becoming main stream players in the UFC. Most of the bouts that we have witnessed with females in the UFC have been a success. Ronda is one of the most polarizing fighters in all the UFC, and having her coach on The Ultimate Fighter is a great move to say the least.

Ronda and Miesha look to settle their rivalry inside the octagon in December, but first they have to not destroy each other during the current filming of TUF.
