Chuck Liddell was one of greatest pioneers of the UFC going from 1998 to 2010.

Chuck Liddell made his first UFC debut in 1998 during ufc 17 in Alabama with a victory against Noe Hernandez. He then started to lock in his reputation in the UFC with victories against some of the best in the business such as, Vitor Belfort, Tito Ortiz, and Renato Sobral.

Following his loss to Randy Couture, Liddell went to fight in the Middleweight Pride Grand Prix with a win by knockout against Alistair Overeem in the first bracket and then lost to Rampage in the semi-finals.

Although going 1-2 in his last three fights Liddell had come back to the UFC to fight Tito Ortiz. This fight had tons of talk because of Ortiz denying a title fight with Liddell earlier on.

Chuck ended up winning the fight by TKO at UFC 47and then following that with knocking out Vernon White.

Next on Liddell’s plate was the trilogy bout with Randy Couture. But first they were opposing coaches on The Ultimate fighter Finally, Liddell ended the fight by knocking out Couture and walking away on top with the belt.
