      This is so true. That’s what makes the Muay Thai kick so devastating. It’s easy to do 100 kicks per training session. Over 10 days, thats 1,000 kicks. Sam A. has had over 400 fights. How many kicks do you think he has practiced?

        No telling, but they say that 10,000 hours is the minimum amount of time one person can expect to practice at or perform something to master it. Muay Thai is a great example. The guys kick, kick, kick and kick some more. It takes a lot of dedication. That’s why it’s their life. You can’t expect to compete with one of those guys if you take a Muay Thai class once a week. lol
