Shane Carwin has finally come out of hiding!

The fighter hasn’t been seen in the octagon since 2011. He was suppose to go up against Roy Nelson back in 2012 on TUF but he had a knee injury that kept him from performing.

If you’ve been on his website or blog you’d know there hasn’t been any action since August of 2012. No one knew if he’d just faded away into MMA history or went into retirement, losing interest in the sport.

We’ve got some proof of what he’s been up to, benching a solid 425 lbs.
